Terms And Conditions
Governing the agreement between ilogicx Infosolutions LLP and our Clients.
This Services Agreement (the "Agreement") contains the complete terms and conditions which govern your subscription of Website Design, Development and other Internet-related services provided by ilogicx Infosolutions LLP (the "Services").
As used in this Agreement, "ilogicx Infosolutions LLP" and "Client", "you", or "your" means you. You acknowledge that you have read the Agreement, and you agree to its terms and conditions and all policies posted on the ilogicx Infosolutions LLP site.
As referred to in this Agreement, "Site" refers to the World Wide Web site located at the URL https://www.dotphi.com/
Acceptance
It is not necessary for any Client to have signed an acceptance of these terms and conditions for them to apply. If a Client accepts a quote then the Client will be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the terms applying and have accepted these terms and conditions in full.
Charges & Payment
Charges for services are defined in the project quotation. Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days.
Advance Deposit
Required before work commences for review.
Final Balance
Due upon completion, prior to server upload.
Payment is due by cheque or bank transfer. Bank details will be made available on invoices.
Client Review
ilogicx Infosolutions LLP will provide the Client with an opportunity to review the appearance and content of the website during the design phase. Materials will be deemed to be accepted and approved unless the Client notifies us otherwise within ten (10) days of the date materials are made available.
Turnaround Time & Content
We will install and publicly post the website by the date specified in the proposal. The Client agrees to delegate a single individual as a primary contact to progress the commission. During the project, the Client must provide all necessary content (text, images, movies, sound files).
Termination
Termination of services must be requested in written notice. Telephone requests will not be honoured until confirmed in writing. The Client will be invoiced for work completed up to the date of notice, with payment due in full within thirty (30) days.
Copyright & Permissions
The Client retains copyright to data and logos provided to ilogicx. However, the Client must obtain permission for any third-party copyrighted files used.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ilogicx from any and all claims resulting from the Client's negligence or inability to obtain proper copyright permissions.
